Terms And Conditions
We require a 50% non-refundable
deposit within 14-days of your booking to secure your spot. The balance is
due within 60-days of the deposit date or before May 15 th, whichever comes first. In the event of a cancellation we
will only credit you if we can sell your trip dates by March 30th of the
angling year. If we cannot sell your spot for you, or, if you cannot find a
replacement, all monies will be forfeited. We will, however, be happy to
credit you 75% of the total paid to us for a trip the following year.
TRIP PRICES INCLUDE: from point of adventure: All meals, lodging, equipment
(exceptions noted within the individual trip descriptions) experienced
guides.
DETAILED TRIP ITINERARIES & PERSONAL GEAR LIST will be sent upon receipt of
deposit.
LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Each participant or customer agrees that she or he
is subject to the risks inherent to these adventures and hereby waives the
right to legal recourse against North Shore Fishing Adventures, its
administrator and its outfitters in case of material loss, bodily injury and
death. We strongly recommend that you get travel insurance in case you are
unable to make your scheduled trip.
