In this page you will find variations of the Jocelin original Sparkled Whore, a fly inspired from the Sparkled Smelt and Montréal Whore, the sparkled smelt has a pearl crystal chenille body and the Montreal Whore has orange yarn. The two married creates the Sparkled Whore (1998)

Sparkled Whore Original

I have caught more sea run brook trout and brook trout on this fly than any other fly put together

Sparkled Whore Kelt

This is generally a thicker fly with a lot more dressing for the hungry sea run brook trout Kelts in early spring

Sparkled Whore Slim

This is generally a slimmer  fly with sparser dressing for the clear water of late spring when the  sea run brook trout Kelt are fully recovered just before they head up river

Sparkled Whore Light

This is generally a lighter  fly with a very sparse dressing for the clear water of Early summer to mid summer when the sea run brook trout are up river heading to the spawning reeds.

Thread - black
Tail -  crystal flash pearl
Body - crystal chenille orange
Rib- metallic blue wire
Wing- Crystal flash pearl, Yellow Bucktail, red Bucktail, blue Bucktail and some white marabou

Material

Hook - Streamer or similar hook size 2 to 8
Thread - black
Tail - pink crystal flash
Body - crystal chenille orange
Rib- metallic blue wire
Wing- Crystal flash pearl, Yellow Bucktail, red Bucktail, blue Bucktail and some white marabou with some peacock sword
