VISION

So here we are. It is 2011 and the new season is coming up quicker than you may think. The most common question asked is what direction we will take here at Team Vision. The answer involves looking at the destination. Canada. For those of us fortunate enough to be here, Canada is loaded with opportunities. Vision has fished these waters. Mostly in the hands of European guests looking to fish a Mecca. Now we bring it to Canada, by Canadian dealers, for Canadians.

So What is Team Vision? It is not a simple catchphrase. It is the idea that a company should do more than just sell their product to Fly Anglers. It is the exchange of information. Everything from fly patterns to destinations. From techniques to tricks. We believe the information should pertain to Canada, Canadian fish, and Canadian anglers, and of course Vision products. We want to introduce anglers across the country to shops, Guides, Pro Staff Fly Anglers, and instructors. We want to show you flies, and techniques used to fly fish in Canada. We want your input and feedback. We want to make Team Vision a go to place for information, ideas, and some of the best Fly Fishing products you can buy.

So if you have something to offer, we want to hear from you. If you are a licensed guide, a casting instructor, an outfitter or a shop owner we are looking for you. We will announce new promotions throughout the season, and as Vision Fly Fishing makes it's way across the Canadian landscape, we will chronicle it with you.

The two photos above were taken on the same day. We passed the iceberg on the way to a 70 year old camp on the Atlantic Ocean, to fish a river on the North Shore of Quebec. The Sunset, was the closing image of the first day of fishing. This is part of the beauty of Canada. A true Fly Fishing Mecca, where finally, Vision has arrived.
